Weddings - Tariff

To hold a civil ceremony at the hotel in 2008 the following room hire charges will apply:

Room Hire Charges	Price
Monday to Thursday	No charge
Friday	£350.00
Saturday	£600.00
Sunday	£250.00

You will need to contact the Swindon Registry Office to arrange for a member of their staff to conduct your ceremony. You can contact them on 01793 521734.

For those having a ceremony at the hotel, there will be no further Room Hire Charges for the restaurant providing that minimum numbers of 50 persons for the day having a 3 course meal from our wedding selector and 80 persons for the evening having a buffet with a minimum price of £12.50 per person.

We are happy to accommodate smaller parties; however, further room hire charges may apply.

Out of Season

For weddings “out of season” – January, February and November – we are happy to give a 50% discount on the above room hire charges.

Restaurant Room Hire Charges

For those just having the reception at the Hotel, the following Restaurant room Hire Charges will apply providing again, that minimum numbers of 50 persons for the day having a 3 course meal from the wedding selector and 80 persons for the evening with a minimum price of £12.50 per person.
