Weddings - Terms & Conditions
1. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
- Cancellations after confirming date with hotel – deposit forfeited
- Cancellations between 3 and under 6 months in advance – 50% of the anticipated charges
- Cancellations between 1 and under 3 months in advance – 75% of the anticipated charges
- Cancellations less than 1 month in advance – 100% of the anticipated charges
Please note that all deposits, once paid, are non refundable
Private Functions
For private functions, a deposit of 50% of the expected total is required no later than 30 days before the function and the remaining balance will be due 7 days before the function
2. CANCELLATION BY THE HOTEL
The hotel may cancel a booking/s under following circumstances:
- If the hotel or any part of it is closed due to circumstances outside its control.
- If the client becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership
- If the client is more than 14 days in arrears with any payments to the hotel.
